General

Our studio hours are 9am to 6pm CT Monday – Friday and 10am to 5pm Saturdays. However, feel free to email us at all hours. We’re probably up creating something incredible anyways.

Yes, we require that all of our clients sign a contract before we begin any work.

We require a minimum of 25% down on a project before we begin. The remainder of the invoice must be paid before any final files are delivered or websites are launched. 

Please be aware that all deposits are nonrefundable. This is to ensure that you will have a spot in my queue and any other projects will be turned down because you have made a deposit. If you decide not to continue with the project before work has begun, you will not be billed for the remaining 50%.

We send our invoices via our CRM program – Dubsado. From there you can choose to pay via PayPal or by mailing in a check! We prefer a prompt electronic payment. 

Yes! Need just a logo, business card, print design, or landing page? We got you. Just call or email!

Great question. We know that every business is unique and has unique needs, so after our initial consultation, we will be able to create a custom proposal for you. 

We do! However, please keep in mind that the invoice must be paid in full before any final files are delivered or websites are launched. 

We always appreciate clients who contact us at least 2 months out from their projected launch date. However, we can occasionally take on last minute clients – so contact us anyways!

A Branding Package with Monday Morning Media includes:

While it’s not ideal, we definitely can incorporate a logo that you or another designer has created into a full brand. 

I provide three color options (white, black, and full color – if applicable) in the following formats: jpeg, png, ai, psd, eps, and pdf.

While I do take into account your comments, concerns, and edits, I also know that you hire a professional designer for a reason – to create a memorable, unique design that represents your company. Part of the process is trusting the designer to do just that based off of their knowledge, skill set, and experience. So yes, I do allow for edits and appreciate your input as the business owner, because I want you to love your final product. However, take into account that our design decisions are based off of research, strategy, and years of experience.

We do not. You will be responsible for making arrangements using the print-ready files I send to you. However, I can happily recommend several quality printers and work with them to give you the highest quality prints.

Web Design

We use GoDaddy for all of our hosting. We love their customer service and very rarely have a problem with any of our current sites. (We host over 40 sites with them!)

We do! It comes as part of any Web Design or Full Foundation Package and can be renewed every year on your launch date! 

We prefer to build on WordPress. WordPress is the number one content management system in the world. Used by millions, it is a highly customizable platform that gives designers the power to create a truly custom site. We also think that it’s the most user friendly platform to work with.

We do ask that you write most of your own content.

However, we do provide you with helpful prompts and worksheets to get the ball rolling on your written content. We will then take the answers to your worksheets and edit them into perfect copy that sells! 

We do have a professional photographer and videographer on our team and can add those services to your package.

However, if you’re not in the area or choose to not use us, we do strongly recommend that you get professional images or videos done to take your website to its highest potential.

Yes! We most definitely can. We typically use WooCommerce as our e-commerce platform, but can also work with Shopify. 

Yes, and it’s free! If you choose to host with us, we include 5 additional hours of content updates, maintenance work, and hosting monitoring are included in your yearly fee. 

No! Once we submit an invoice to you, there are no additional or hidden fees. However, if you choose to host with us we will send you a renewal option every year.

Great question. That’s up to you. It can be the day you sign your invoice or we can schedule out for a time slot you know you’ll be ready.

We need: 

  • Signed Contract
  • Paid Deposit
  • Signed Payment Plan (if applicable)
  • Branding Worksheet Completed
  • A Pinterest Board for Brand Direction
  • Written Content for site
    • We will help you with this and provide prompts for you to get started, but we do not write all the content for you! Only you know your business that well.

Our average invoice is approximately $2,500. However, we know that every business has unique needs, so schedule your free consultation – we can discuss what you need and will then be able to create a custom proposal for you. 

A magician never reveals their secrets, but basically – we’re addicted to getting results for our clients quickly and have developed systems and procedures that work to give you maximum results in a very short amount of time!

We do! No interest, no fee. We know that starting a business can be financially draining, so we will work with you to find a solution.

You can break it up into separate projects, but you won’t receive the extras or the discount of the Full Foundation.

Absolutely not. We want you to succeed and know that you need a killer website and show-stopping branding to do just that. We work almost 100 hours over the course of those 2 weeks to make sure that your goals are met and your vision is brought to life. 

We’re here for you. All of our packages include 5 additional hours of editing time so that your website is up-to-date all year long. These 5 hours renew every year with your hosting contract!
